Legality

Noam Eliezer is registered as a charity organization in Israel with the government registration number #580393031. Every year, the Israeli government conducts a thorough financial audit.

Upon passing the audit, the organization will receive a government certification called Nihul Takin, which is “the Certificate of Proper Management”. With this certification, the organization will be able to continue its operation and charity work for another year, until its next audit.

Every dime spent on helping an individual or a family is recorded with the social security number of each beneficiary. The food vouchers they receive has their name and Israeli ID card written on it and is non-transferrable. This will ensure that the allocation of funds is indeed to families and individuals in need.
